C] TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Exclusions:
- Unloading of consignment, safe storage at site until installation, shifting the consignment at the installation
location, civil work, c-channel, structural support, hydra, ladder or scaffolding (if required) for installation
will be in the client’s scope.

- During the period of installation, any shortage of material due to pilferage, misplacement etc. at site would
be in client’s account.

- Further, if due to storage at site / warehouse for prolonged periods, the refurbishment from the weather
deterioration like rust removal, re-painting etc. will be in client’s account.

- Electrical wiring for providing single / three-phase AC supply through a separate MCB upto point of installation
will be done by the client. Cables, Conduit & Cable trays required for installation of accessories will
be supplied & laid by the client.

- Client shall provide a stabilized, uninterrupted power supply.

Warranty:
- Warranty for automation system against manufacturing defect will be provided for a period of 12 months from
the date of installation or 13 months from the date of invoice whichever is earlier.

Payment Terms:
- For Supply: 75% advance along with Purchase Order, 25% against Proforma Invoice prior to despatch.

- For Installation: 50% mobilisation advance and 50% immediately after installation on pro rata basis.

Delivery Terms:
- Ex Works, Bhiwandi - 40Km N-E of Mumbai

Validity of Offer:

The installation of safety brake for heavy rolling shutters performs two functions:
- A bearing support for the shutter's shaft
- A mechanical brake blocking the descent of the shutter if sudden acceleration
occurs
This is a safety feature that will eliminate the possibility of the curtain free falling in
the event of a motor failure.
