    Dear Rev. Fr.,

    Please accept this letter as my formal notice of ending my services for Dimaluna Parish effective
    immediately as a Parish Treasurer. I have enjoyed working with the Parish for more than 3 years.

    It is with utmost appreciation that I celebrate the talent I gathered here and am so grateful for the
    resources that have been invested in me for both professional and personal development and for
    all the patience, wisdom and experience that you shared with me. Due to personal reasons, it
    would be difficult for me to render services for the College any longer. I will always remember
    my time with you and to the rest of the staff.

    I would be happy to help with the transition of my duties before my departure.
