Immediately after waking up drink two glasses of warm water and start
your day.
Have a fasting window of 14 hrs before breakfast.
 1 hour of physical activity is mandatory.
While cooking 1 cup of rice, add 4 cloves of garlic pods into the water
as eating garlic directly can harm throat and tongue. You can eat the
boiled garlic or you can keep it aside.
Eat one serving of green leafy vegetables in a day. Include Palak,
Gogu, Mint, Amaranth.
Don’t lie down immediately after dinner. Have 20 minutes of walk.
Drink 3 litres of water regularly in a day.

Maintain regular timings of sleep. Good results of weight loss can be
gained during the resting period.
In case of giddiness and weakness don’t forget to take a multivitamin
tablet daily.
Cook your food with 2 table spoons of olive oil twice a week for sure.
It’s appreciable if cooked thrice.
Should inform immediately in the case of allergy or food intolerances
during diet.
