This part of the study talks about the related literature reviewed by the

researchers. To explore the emotional experiences of CDRRMO personnel

after giving their services. This intends to give us a deeper understanding

what CDRRMO personnel are going through day by day with their jobs and

lets us understand their point of view regarding their work.

CDDRMO stands for City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office

they are local government employees assigned with disaster risk reduction

and management within their cities. Risk communication management plays

the central role in risk management and the interoperability mechanism

enhances the preparedness of local communities (ovcre.uplb.edu.ph2021)

Disaster Risk Management can be seen within a broad context of Disaster

Risk Reduction that includes different activities involving public administration,

strengthening organizational and institutional development, implementing

policies, strategies and coping capacities of the society to reduce negative

effects of hazards (UN/ISDR, 2004a) The establishment of CDRRMOs stems

from the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010,

recognizing the need for dedicated entities to address disaster preparedness,

response, mitigation, and recovery efforts.

CDRRMO personnel often receive appreciation from the community

for their dedication, quick response during emergencies, and efforts to ensure

public safety. Their colleagues within the disaster management sector

recognize their commitment, professionalism, and collaborative efforts in

dealing with emergencies. Despite the inherent risks associated with their job,
CDRRMO personnel often find support and appreciation from their families,

who recognize the importance of their roles in safeguarding the community.

CDRRMO personnel are often recognized by students through

educational programs, seminars, and outreach activities conducted in schools

to raise awareness about disaster preparedness and safety measures. Within

their workplaces, CDRRMO personnel are appreciated for their expertise,

leadership, and contributions to enhancing the organization's disaster

resilience.Members of the public frequently acknowledge CDRRMO personnel

for their visible presence during emergencies and their proactive efforts to

protect lives and property.

In Conclusion Understanding the emotional experience of CDRRMO

personnel after giving their services, we can ensure that CDRRMO personnel

are not only prepared in disaster management but also maintain their

emotional well-being, ultimately leading to a more prepared society

Therefore, this study deals with the related literature reviewed by

researchers about exploring the emotional feelings of CDRRMO personnel

after giving their services.
