VACCUM TESTING PROCEDURE

VACUUM TEST PROCEDURE:

5. When the vacuum pressure drops to 100 mbar, the timing will be ended. The
acceptance or rejection of the pipeline is based on a time criterion. The pipeline
can be considered acceptable if the time exceeds 10 minutes. In the event of
unsatisfactory outcome, the flared connections should be tightened further and
additional sealant should be applied.

Compensators were only visually inspected during validation, as they were already
installed and could not be tested without a vacuum equipment. After thoroughly
checking all of the flared connections for leaks, the compensators shall be
inspected. If there is a significant leakage in the seals of the compensators, the
compensators shall be disassembled and seals shall be replaced. These items have
to be ordered by an additional order by customer.

Throughout the test process, it is crucial to maintain the air temperature inside
pipeline within a variation of no more than 3°C. This ensures the integrity of the
testing conditions and the accuracy of the results.
A vacuum test will be performed on piping in lengths of approximately 100m,
provided both ends of the test pipeline are sealed. The length of the test pipeline
can also vary. The test is performed according to the following procedure.

1. The test pipeline shall be subjected to a vacuum pressure of 500 mbar.

Vacuum will be generated using a vacuum equipment.

2. Once the vacuum level has been reached, the vacuum level shall be maintained
and the temperature of the air within the pipeline shall be stabilized to match the
ambient air temperature.

2. Once the temperature has been stabilized, the vacuum equipment shall be
shut down and the test pipeline shall be isolated.
3.
4. The timing will be started at the point of vacuum pressure of 500 mbar.
