LOAN AGREEMENT

PARTIES
This Loan Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is

entered and effectively set into on July 31, 2023 (as the effective date), by Kurt

Estreller and Meryl Wayne Mendoza both of legal age, single and are residing at

Brgy. 10, Lagasca St, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (hereinafter referred to as the

“lenders”) between Gloria Atijera of legal age, single/married/widowed and is

residing at______________________, Rosita Atijera of legal age,

single/married/widowed and is residing at _____________________ and Lourdes

Raymundo of legal age, single/married.widowed and is residing at

________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “borrowers”)

(collectively referred to as the “Parties”)

INFORMATION

That both parties agree that the loan information set below is accurate:

 That the lenders have already lend upfront an amount of (TEN

THOUSAND PESOS) Php. 10,000 to the borrowers.

 That the loan amount consists of (TEN THOUSAND PESOS) Php. 10,000

 That the interest will not be paid through monetary or incentive but

through unhusked rice (Irik).

 That the interest to be received will consist surmounting to (FIVE

THOUSAND PESOS) Php. 5,000 which equates to 125 Kilos, (THREE

THOUSAND PESOS) Php. 3,000 which equates to 75 Kilos and (TWO

 THOUSAND PESOS) Php. 2,000 which equates to 50 kilos worth of

unhusked rice respectively.

 That the borrowers have 2 months to pay their due.

 That the start date for the first payment will be: July 31, 2023

 That the end date of the last payment will be: August 31, 2023

 That both parties will be willing to sign this agreement with their full

consent, understanding and free will.
