The bar graph compares the quantity of passengers in the three main airports of New York City from

1995 to 2000.

Overall, La Guardia airport recorded the highest number of travelers while Newark airport has the
lowest figures within the six-year period. Meanwhile, John F. Kennedy airport had manifested a
fluctuating trend whereas the other two airports displayed a general increasing pattern.

In detail, John F. Kennedy started at about 25 million passengers in 1995 which gradually climbed to
more than 40 million in the third year, then continuously dropped to around 30 million after two years.
At the end of the period, the figure rose to a little over 40 million.

On the other hand, from 1995 to 1999, La Guardia demonstrated a slow growth starting at roughly 35
million which steadily increased to nearly 50 million. During the final year, the number of travelers
soared to just over 70 million.

Meanwhile, at the beginning of the period, Newark had approximately 15 million passengers that
eventually grew to just about 40 million by 1997. Afterwards, the volume of tourists had risen slightly to
a little under 45 million which remained unchanged for the remaining years.
