DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement has been executed this __________, by and among:

JOSELITO G. DABUCOL, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residences in

Fatima Village, Tacloban City, Philippines;

CECILIA D. TANDINCO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residences in

Brgy. 109 V&G Subd., Tacloban City, Philippines;

IRENE D. DE VENECIA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with residences in

Fatima Village, Tacloban City, Philippines;

JOSEPH DAVID G. DABUCOL, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with residences
in Makati City, Philippines;

WITNESSETH:

That we are the children and the only legitimate and compulsory heirs of JOSE G.
DABUCOL and ZENAIDA GUANTERO, who both died last November 8, 2013 in Tacloban
City, Philippines;

That JOSE G. DABUCOL and ZENAIDA GUANTERO, married with each other, are
the registered owner of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-30827
issued by the Registry of Deeds of Tacloban City, containing an area of THREE HUNDRED
FORTY-FOUR (344) square meters, and is more particularly described as follows:
“A parcel of land (Lot 5-D-1 of the sub. plan (LRC) Psd-50291, being a portion of Lot 5-D of
(LRC) Psd-19393, LRC Cad. Rec. 1060), situated in the City of Tacloban, Island of Leyte.
Bounded on the SE. along line 2-3 by Lot 5-F (LRC) Psd-19393, on the SW. along line 3-4 by Lot
5-D-2 of the sub. plan; on the NW. along line 4-1 by Lot 5-B (LRC) Psd-19393; on the NE. along
line 1-2 by Lot 5-E (LRC) Psd-19393. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the N. 44 deg. 08’W.,
408.97 m. from B.B.M. No. 15, of Tacloban Cadastre 220. to the point of beginning; consisting of
Three Hundred Forty Four (344) Square Meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated
on the plan; bearing true; date of survey, May 1925 – April 1928 and that of sub-survey, October
3, 1965.”

That the said decedents died intestate and without any known debts or obligations of any
kind whatsoever, and the parties herein are the only known legitimate surviving heirs;

That the parties, being all of legal age and with full capacity to contract, hereby
adjudicate unto themselves their respective shares of the above-described real properties
pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, and they have agreed, as they hereby
agree, to divide the parcels of land among themselves equally.

their instrumental witnesses on the left margin of each and every page hereof.
