    Sir/Madam,

    Sir, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to kindly request for a set of table
    tennis for our barangay and seek your assistance and your good office in this matter.

    Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Gogognan is struggling to have enough


    funds for our sports equipment. We would like to help our fellow youth to learn and
    improve their talents and skills in sports. We also like to prepare for our coming
    foundation week for our sport feast and one of it is table tennis tournament. These past
    years we only provide basketball and volleyball as sports for our foundation week, and
    we would like to include table tennis. We also train some youth that exert their potential
    in playing table tennis and be an exceptional player to play to different tournaments and
    be a pride for our municipality.

    We will be forever grateful for your kindness. We will look forward to your
    cooperation at the earliest. Thanking you.
