How to Stay Happy in life

 Happiness is a choice
As Baba Gaur Gopal Das says, In my humble opinion? Destiny
is the situations that came to you. Which are beyond your
control. For example, if someone comes in and insults me, I
didn't choose it. It came to me that situation is destined. But
my response to that situation is my choice. The response is not
Destiny. What I choose is my choice and when I choose it that
decides my future Destiny. This is why they say, “Man is the
maker of this Destiny”. Not situations, they will remain what
they are. But how you respond to those situations is
completely and entirely your choice.

 Have some gratitude in life

 Forgiveness:
It is often hard to forgive those who wrong you, including
Spider-Man. One quote in Spider-Man 3 proves as much
when Peter claims to Eddy, "You want forgiveness? Get
religion." However, later in the film, Peter learns his lesson,
as does Harry, who finally forgives Peter for his father's
death. It is incredibly easy to hold a grudge against
someone. However, forgiving takes someone with strong
resolve and builds stronger relationships. Not everyone
necessarily deserves forgiveness, but in certain
circumstances, it's the right thing to do.

 Wealth’s role in happiness

As humans, we all have certain fundamental needs and in
order to fulfill them wealth is required therefore wealth
becomes an important parameter in determining a happy
life. But that in any way does not mean that a wealthy
person will live a happy life. Satisfaction is something that
plays an important role even more than wealth in
determining one's happiness.
There is a thin line between need and desire and as
economics students, we all know that human desires/wants
are never-ending. So, if a person confuses his desires with
needs, he is going to get trapped in a never-ending chase of
wealth that is never-ever gonna bring him any sort of
satisfaction.
