PLUGINS ARE CRAZY!

There are some SICK plugins made for After Effects that can do all sorts of insanely beautiful stuff. Most of them are

pretty advanced and can cost hundreds of dollars -- so maybe don’t buy them just yet -- but we still want you to know

about them, and drool a little over their capabilities. Check ‘em out!

TRAPCODE PARTICULAR
Trapcode makes top-of-the-line plugins that are worshiped throughout the motion design field for being insanely useful

and well-engineered. Particular is a powerful particle system that allows you to make anything from “pixie dust” to

smoke, using preset or custom particles. Without a doubt this is the industry standard particle system for AE.

You can make almost anything with Particular, but it definitely takes some getting used to.

NEWTON
Newton is an advanced “physics engine” for After Effects that interprets 2D graphics as physical objects and allows the

user to dial in elements like gravity, friction, and other real-world systems. Make your graphics crash, bounce, fall and

do all sorts of things that would otherwise take a heck of a long time to animate by hand.

Make some beautiful graphics and let Newton work out all the math and physics for you.

OPTICAL FLARES
The best solution for making optical flares in AE. This powerful tool has an intuitive interface with lots of customizable

presets, and it will not slow down your projects. A must-have plug-in for anyone interested in visual effects.

Even if you’re not JJ Abrams, you might still want to put some lens flares on your work.

MAGIC BULLET
Magic Bullet is a powerful tool for color correcting, finishing and applying various film looks to your footage.

Simply put, Magic Bullet makes your footage look a lot better than you can imagine.

ELEMENT 3D
This crazy game-changer allows you to import and animate 3D objects directly inside of After Effects. Plus it’s super fast

and pretty intuitive to use. This is some high-level wizardry right here.

Element 3D objects work with AE cameras and lighting systems to bring some major 3D sexiness to your comps.
