Yes Netflix have characteristics of an innovative culture because Netflix values the
most employees who are self-aware, honest and don't act from their ego but for the
good of company. and the other point is Netflix give freedom to their employees.The
company also allows them adequate time to try out new projects by offering unlimited
vocations too.

The culture of Netflix undoubtedly plays a role in the success of the company. The
company has a reputation for developing new items more frequently. This is due to the
fact that the company exclusively rewards innovation, making being innovative and
having the ability to continually contribute new ideas the only way a person may stay
employed by Netflix. Accordingly, every employee at Netflix is imaginative and effective,
which helps the company succeed.

Any company can copy Netflix's culture successful. Any company free to exercise
freedom and responsibility among its employees. What matter is how they build the
culture to fit their line of production.
