Designation: Sales Engineer - EcoLab

Job Description:
ECOLAB Chemical Business:
Sales: He/She has to identify the customers for EL chemical business in Food & Bevarage segment. He has to understand the customer issues and suggest
suitable chemicals for the solution. Validate with trials and get the PO. Place indent for relaesing order to EL.Cordiante the material supply, collect payments.
generation of enquiries,submission of offers & follow up.Planning od Sales activities , customer engagements, seminars, demos, exhibitions to meet targets
as per KRA/KPI. Monitoring of competetion.

Location: HO, Angamaly


Area of Operation All Kerala
Reporting to: TL-Ecolab
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Education: Gradulate, BSc Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical or equivalent.
Experience : Min one year experience in chemical sales or 1 year sales experience in Food industry.
Requirements: Flare in sales, fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam languages with good writting skills. Love to travel. Good learning skills, puntuality.
Good team player, positive attitude, problem solving skills.
Good in computer skils especially in Excel.

Internal: As discussed and agreed with TL & Management.
1. Achieve monthly OIT/NSV as per targets.
2. Customer Penetration & generation of enqueries.
3. Sales Activities
4. Cordination with principal
5. Daily/Weekly reports.
