MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This memorandum of Agreement executed by and between:

GUADALUPE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, a public secondary

institution, with the office address of Guadalupe, Esperanza, Agusan
del Sur, represented herein by the GPP Coordinator, ANITA S.
RIQUE, together with the School Head, MELCHOR C. PATRICIO,
herein referred to as “DONEE.”

The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OFFICIALS of

Guadalupe, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur, represented herein by its
Barangay Captain, HON. RONNIE C. LAGUMBAY, herein referred
to as “STAKEHOLDERS.”

WITNESSETH: That,

WHEREAS, the DONEE has implemented the Project BAHAY KUBO

( Bawat Alagang Halaman Ay Yaman, Kabuhayan ay Uunlad kaya Buhay
ay Okey), which aims to promote and enhance vegetables and crop
production at school gardens, increase KSA ( Knowledge, Skills, and
Attitude) among learners on the importance of Gulayan sa Paaralan and
learn the essence of planting vegetable for a better and healthy lifestyle,
and educate them on how to improve their nutritional status;

WHEREAS, the DONEE, acknowledges the need for partners in

the implementation of Gulayan sa Paaralan Program of Guadalupe National
High School, Guadalupe, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur.

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will voluntarily provide assistance

and other resources to address the need of the school for the implementation
of GPP.

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will help the school in providing

seeds and seedlings needed for the school’s vegetable garden.

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will participate and cooperate in

all the programs related to the implementation of Gulayan sa Paaralan
Program.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises

and mutual covenants, agreements, and stipulations hereinafter set forth, the
parties hereby agree jointly to be partners on implementing and maintaining
the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program.

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

1. The DONEE shall:

1.1 Conduct Orientation to the STAKEHOLDERS and its

constituents about the implementation of GPP;
1.2 Closely monitor and oversee the progress of the project until
harvest.

2. The STAKEHOLDERS shall:

2.1 Help provide seeds and seedlings for the school’s vegetable
garden.
2.2 Participates on the said project by monitoring and providing
the required assistance of the school.

II. EFFECTIVITY OF THE AGREEMENT

The agreement shall take effect on the target implementation of

GPP from August 2022- May 2023 and is automatically extended if
circumstances occur may be.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have affixed their

respective signatures this ______ day of _______________ 2022, at
GUADALUPE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, Guadalupe, Esperanza, Agusan
del Sur, Philippines.
