1. What is globalization?

 the speed up of movements and exchanges of human resources, goods and services capital,
technologies and cultural practices between countries in the world or expansion and
intensification of economic, political and social relations and consciousness across the world.

2. a What is globalization according to political experts?


 Globalization serves as a challenge to the nation-state
 Globalization means, emergence of global political norms (the norm that each country is
entitled to the exploitation of human resources for its own growth)
 Emergence of corporations (businessmes and investors)

2.b What is globalization according to culture experts?


 Globalization means, establishment “global village” (media, facebook has connected the world)
 Shrinking world (breaking boundaries), borderless world
 Adoption of other cultures (KPOP)
 Cultural imperialism (better culture)

3. c What is globalization according to economic experts?


 Globalization means, fast speed of trade (importing and exporting are done inn just a
millisecond through technology
 Free trade (governments not to restrict the importation of products and the exportation of local
products)

4. What are the attributes of globalization?


 Globalization occurs worldwide (every person is a global citizen because he or she thinks about
the issue of the world)
 Globalization Intensification and acceleration of social exchanges and activities
 Globalization expansion & stretching of social relations
 Globalization has various forms of connectivity, they are diverse (economic, political, cultural,
etc.)

5. Why is globalization important?


 Globalization is important because it connects countries and people from all over the world,
enables them to cooperate to improve the world, and creates new opportunities for trade,
business expansion, cultural exchange, and access to resources that can improve the global
economy and people's quality of life. Globalization is significant to me as a student because it
provides me with possibilities to study new things and form diverse connections with people
around the world.
