language and leadership skills.

Miss Tam joined our firm in June 2012 and worked with us for over a year. During that time I
supervised her duties, which involved research for our English language website and the
management of a small data entry team. A young, intelligent and quietly spoken woman, Miss Tam
far exceeded our expectations with her attention to detail and speed of learning. She worked with
superb efficiency, and led her team to produce above anticipated results.

Miss Tam’s character is mild-mannered, pleasant, and polite, which made her a delightful and much-
liked colleague. As a manager she was fair and even-handed, and kept her team running smoothly.
