Noun Clauses Practice
Noun clauses are dependent clauses that act as nouns in a sentence, each containing its own
subject and verb. Noun clauses start with a subordinator (e.g. who, what, where, when, whether,
that, how, whenever, etc.). They can be used in the first or second half of the sentence.
A. Read the sentences and underline the noun clause in each sentence.
