Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern at Advanto Software, your role will encompass:


 Fixing Appointments: Collaborate with leading HR companies to schedule appointments,
fostering valuable connections.
 Recruitment Drives: Initiate and coordinate recruitment drives in colleges, attracting
potential candidates.
 End-to-End Recruitment: Take charge of the entire recruitment process for candidates, from
sourcing to onboarding.
 Candidate Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with potential hires, ensuring a
smooth experience.
 HR Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
 Learning Environment: Immerse yourself in HR policies, compliance, and industry best
practices.

Requirements:

 Recent 2023 batch pass out of MBA in HR from a respected institute in Pune.

 Eagerness to forge a career in HR, with a focus on the tech industry.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
