known for bringing modern
punk and new wave fashions
into the mainstream.She
opened four shops, at first,
but eventually spread
throughout Britain and the

all parts of the world.

facts Vivienne is often talked
about as the creator of punk
fashion and punk itself due
Vivienne Westwood's logo, consisting of a to her massive influence in
cross-topped orb surrounded by a ring, is a the 1970s.
playful reference to the symbol of the orb and
scepter used for the coronation of Queen
Elizabeth II, as Vivienne Westwood
proclaimed herself 'Queen of Fashion'.

Her most popular pieces include the

Boucher corsets,seen on Bella Hadid, FKA
Twigs and Grimes,as well as her Super
Elevated Ghillie platforms, worn by Naomi
Campbell when she famously tripped over
on the catwalk during the designer's
autumn/winter 1993 show.
