1. In reference to Division Memorandum 066-A s. 2024, Re: Recomposition of
the Division Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) and in compliance with DepEd Order 19, s. 2022, Re: The Department of Education Merit Selection Plan, this Office hereby adopts the name HRMPSB Subcommittee instead of TWG as indicated in the table for the Members of the SDO HRMPSB.
2. The following are designated as additional members of the HRMPSB

3. The HRMPSB Subcommittees shall perform the following duties and
responsibilities as stated in DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2023. Assist in the conduct of the initial evaluation and comparative assessment of applicants; Ensure expeditious evaluation of application documents; Assist in reviewing and finalizing the scoresheets per position; and Ensure that Equal Employment Opportunity Principle is applied in the hiring of applicants. 4. All other provisions in the said Division Memorandum shall remain in effect. 5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
