1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 19 s. 2022 (The Department of Education
Merit Selection Plan), DepEd Order No. 66 s. 2007 (Revised Guidelines on Appointment and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions), DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016 (Hiring Guidelines for Senior High School Teaching Positions) and CSC MC No. 14 s. 2018 (2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointment and Other Human Resource Actions, as Amended, 2019 Edition) this Office hereby creates Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board that shall assist in the conduct of initial evaluation and comparative assessment of applicants for the level 1 and 2 positions.
2. The Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB)
Subcommittees shall perform the following duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the above-stated DepEd Orders to wit:
Assist in the conduct of the initial evaluation and comparative assessment
of applicants; Ensure expeditious evaluation of application documents; Assist in reviewing and finalizing the scoresheets per position; and Ensure that Equal Employment Opportunity Principle is applied in the hiring of applicants. 3. In this connection, all regular HRMPSB members and subcommittee members are requested to attend an orientation meeting on March 5, 2024, 9AM at the SDO Conference Hall 4.
