Our group arrived at this business idea using these idea generating techniques:
1. Brainstorming: During the initial phase, our team engaged in lively brainstorming sessions for the
idea and of the transportation industry. Through this process, we generated innovative ideas aimed at
enhancing traditional chauffeur services, filling gaps in customization, and ultimately improving the
overall user experience. As a result of our collaborative efforts, we conceptualized personalized options
for both drivers and vehicles, as well as diverse packages to cater to varying needs.
2. Library and Internet Research: Thorough research was conducted using both traditional library
resources and modern online platforms to gain insights into the transportation industry. By analyzing
customer reviews, along with current market trends and competitor offerings, we established a strong
basis for developing a truly exceptional and competitive transportation service. Our research also
highlighted the increasing desire for personalized, flexible, and inclusive transport options, leading us to

Why is the business idea an opportunity:


The characteristics that made us go for the opportunity and pursue making DriveElite were how
attractive it was based on how many people do not own a car especially in a city like Doha with all the
traffic, making this an attractive opportunity as well as how accessible it is to choose what driver you
want. For example, if you are a woman and need transportation but don’t want to hop in a car with a
strange man, you have the ability to choose a female driver to make your transportation as comfortable as
possible. Our opportunity is timely as ride services are growing in demand in big cities, especially a city
like Doha where there is a lot of traffic. Durable would be that a luxury transportation service like ours
that is flexible in the drivers and the cars that you can choose would be in demand even in economically
challenged times. Our business aims to enhance your ride experience while also meeting the need of
transportation of your choice which adds value to our end users.

Approaches taken to find this business opportunity:


Realizing there is a gap in the market and solving a problem we have come up with a business
idea to close this gap in the transportation service market. There are few similar services in the market
like Taxi, Ober and PinkDriver “all female drivers abb” services; however, non-have this particular
specialized service that we are providing. We are adding a more luxurious aspect, more value and
ensuring the safty of our customers.

a. The idea was described well in the introduction; however, it was not specified how the service
will be provided if its through an application or a website. There is no clear and precise
introduction or an executive summary that sums up the business in one concise paragraph.
b. The name of the organization is well-picked as it is catchy and gives an insight into how their
business illuminates the idea of luxury.
c. The group initially used brainstorming in coming up with the business idea and further enhanced
it through library and internet research by analyzing customer reviews.
d. They identified their opportunity as durable due the flexibility of the business and timely due to
the state of the market at the current time.
e. The group used a combination of filling a gap in the market and solving a problem in their
approach to finding opportunity. They identified how other businesses (Uber & Pink Driver) are
missing the option of customization. They filled in the gap by offering services that are missing
such as choosing the driver and booking flexibility.
