Analyst for whom challenges are a turn-on and who
have an appetite for on-the-job learning. You must a
team-player and comfortable working in a small set
up.

Role Business Analyst

Relevant IT Experience 3years +
Technology / Platform Familiarity eith UX, Java based systems, HTML or
Prototyping tools
Must Have  Use case development experience
 Prototyping
 Client Interfacing skills
 Functional specification detailing
 Test case development/Functional testing
experience
 Exposure to the BFSI domain
Nice to Have UML modelling, Banking & Financial industry
experience, Agile methodology
Optional Payment & Card Industry knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Analyst  Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience
 Should have Worked with BFSI industry for
atleast 1 year
Development  Must have worked on any of the BA
frameworks like Agile
 Must have good functional design experience

Requirements  Should be able to understand and document

Team Leading
Educational Qualifcations
functional requirements and map it to
Technical Design.
 Should be able to provide estimation of work
for a requirement.
 Should have worked in a project of at least 5
people.
 Should be able to guide, train and support the
junior team member in a multiple project
environment.
 Should have worked in projects using agile
methodology.
 Preferably an MBA from reputed business
school
