Seeking a position to utilize my skills and abilities in the Operation and Management in Industry that
offers professional growth. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Operation Management and
Enterprise Resource Planning. Abilities in handling quality customer services operations, organizing
process strategies and building relationships with various vendors.
WORK EXPERIENCE
● Responsible for meeting budgetary and sales targets through motivating and developing staff,
consistently achieving and surpassing Key Performance Indicators.
● Controlling management accounts with attention to essential criteria for net profit, including sales,
shrinkage, wages, cash control and store expenditure.
● Monitoring and controlling store compliance in all areas, including customer care, effective planning,
staff training and development, organization and time management.
● Supporting management and staff to help create their own successful and productive team and
become effective team leaders. Maximizing every sales opportunity by promoting the highest
standards of customer care and recognizing potential development and training opportunities.
● Communicating daily with Customer Support Centre functions - Buying, Retail, Finance &

weekly KPI achievement and producing an end of week.

● Managing customer centric operations, forwarding customer views to the concerned department

norms.
● Maintain the operational cash inflow and outflow. Handling entire branding activity of the
company for Vijay Nagar Hub & make visibility of the company in target area in minimum fund.
● Make a platform for the sales team in target housing societies & corporates by organizing events.
● Building good relations with vendors to increase the credibility & profit margins. Maintaining daily
reports such as day end report, fill rate, TAT report, and staff productivity report to HO & ZM
operations.
● Assisting employees to perform their duty properly and achieve the targets. Training the Hub
team, to obtain maximum efficiency of the system & generate repeat business.
Duties
● Ensure the right people are available at the right time in the right place for better customer
service. Improve operational efficiency by effective manpower planning and to control pilferage
and margin loss of the company doing rail card audit.
● Doing SWOT analysis for new business verticals specifically for key accounts. Analysis the
productivity benchmark for saving cost (employee numbers) in discussion with store GM & HO to
make sure DC achieve the defined productivity benchmark for each & every department.
● Optimum utilization of manpower with effective scheduling. Accurate forecasting (+-5%)
through analysis of previous business trends/data. Reducing unscheduled absenteeism by proper
planning and audit.
● Doing Forecasting for items received / sold, numbers of invoices & numbers of articles scan in a
particular time frame(weekly basis), and based on this forecast manpower will be planned.
● Training the store management team, communicating with the central user and floor team to
obtain maximum efficiency of the system. Minimize customer queues and waiting time. Maximize
checkout operator productivity.
● Reducing barcode errors by daily monitoring and make MIS report to HO. Ensuring the adherence
to SOPs in Stores.
● Managing entire Store Operations such as quality & cost of products, roster and day summary.
Maintaining daily marketing MIS & report to DGM Operation.
● Collecting daily new/renewal membership amount from marketing executives and deposited to the
finance department with a summary sheet to Unit Head.
● Responsible for daily offers, cash handling, delivery of quality products to our customers just in
time. Interacting with the Analysis team to focus on fast moving products.
● Handling the entire branding activity of the company & making visibility of the company in the
target area in minimum fund. Supervisory branding inventory material.
● Make a platform for the sales team in target societies by branding. Managing customer centric
operations, forwarding customer views to the concerned department & ensuring customer
satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms within minimum time.
● Interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggested the most viable solutions
and cultivated relation with them for customer retention & securing repeat business. Making daily
offers by negotiation with different vendors.
● Managing team Of Data Entry Operators Which Are Responsible for Multiple Data Entry Projects.
Preparing daily progress MIS of data entry operators to concern Team Lead.
● Responsible for the Manual Testing through Data Entry Operators on given parameters by the
development team.
● Responsible for setting the roaster as the work is carried in shifts. Responsible for data verification
and validation. Communicate the results to Development Lead and Project Lead.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows 95/XP/2000/2007 & internet.
● Basic of COBOL, SQL, MS-DOS, VB 6.0, SAP, Google Sheet, Google Dashboards.
