    i) FEE Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of "SHAHIDA ISLAM MEDICAL COMPLEX PVT LTD"
    ii) Any additional charges, Sales Tax ,W.H.T,VAT or any other taxes, fees or charges if levied by the Government/
    University /PM&DC or any other regulatory body will be charged separately
    iii) The policies mentioned in the Prospectus shall be applicable to all students
    iv) Admission fee is non-refundable
    v) Next year advance Fee will be due in August each year
    vi) The fee structure can vary according to PMC guidline
    viii)Admission Processing Fee of Rs 10,000/- will be charged only to the admitted students
    ix) Tuition fee uploaded on our website is discounted and is applicable if fee is paid annually in advance. If six monthly
    installments option is availed, a sum equivalent to 2% and if quarterly installments option is availed, a sum equivalent to 4% of
    tuition fee will be added
