    Let, Sunil’s earning is x


    Swami’s earning is x -3200
    Sailesh’s earning is 20% more than Swami:
    =(x-3200)+ (x-3200)20/100
    =x-3200+ (x-3200)/5
    =5x-16000+x-3200

    Sailesh earning = 6x-19200

    Since, sunil’s earning is 10% morethan Shailesh.
    Then,
    x = 6x-19200 + 6x-19200 into 10/100

    x = 6x-19200 + 6x-19200

    Solving the above we get, x = 13200

    put x=13200 in x -3200 and 6x-19200

    Therefore x i.e. sunil’s earning is 13200
