Summary of the Project to show the different stages of the project implementation:

Pre-planning:
 Joining girl scouting since I was young helped me mold my character and taught me how to
love God and care for my country and community and the people around. This idea was
born out of a desire to assist the neighborhood and its residents. We asked some residents
and the purok officials. We had a meeting with the Barangay Officials with what project is
he best to be made. I asked and gathered few girls to join my workgroup and created plans
about my project.
Planning:
 I started the survey on what most is needed by the community. Ahead of time, I informed
the Barangay and Purok about my project which is Portable Hand Washing Facility. And also
seek support from them financially and physically. Because of my supportive parents and
family, we found someone who will weld the iron bars to serve as the stand. I choose a date
to start my project and informed my workgroup and also the Barangay Officials.
Implementation:
 First thing I did to implement my project was to gather all the materials. Then, the welder
started to weld the iron bars together to for the tank to be put.
Turning over of projects to the community leaders:
 After some time, I have implemented my project. I turned over my project which is the
Portable Hand-Washing Facility to the Barangay Officials and Purok Officers as well as the
community for them to take part of maintaining and cleaning the steels and water tank for
it to not collapse.
Evaluation:
 Evaluation happened last. The monitoring panel evaluated the area where the project was
implemented and asked some questions.
Preparation of reports:
 With the help of my troop leader, I am done preparing my reports. My troop leader
supported and guided me throughout the process of making my papers and reports. I had a
tough time compiling everything given the situation because it needs my full focus even if I
have online classes and school works to be done on time or possibly before the designated
date.
Personal experience/s, significant contributions to the community and the lessons learned in
carrying out the project:
 For the 7 years of actively participating in every Girl Scout of the Philippines activities, I
have learned a lot of things. In this project I learned how to properly communicate with
people and developed my leadership skills and helped me build my confidence. Helped me
also to learn and develop good deeds like, being generous, kind, helpful, thrifty, God-
Fearing and being responsible in all aspects.
