AUTOMATION PHILOSOPHY:

The Logical Controller sense ten (10) Digital inputs and accordinglly Damper LED gets
ON/OFF. It give alarm indication if Fire sensed and tern OFF the all Damper LEDs . Also all 10
LED status can view at modbus RS 485.

FEATURES:

 User Programmable.
 Set Parameter password protected.
 4 key interface for onsite programming.
 Message Display for on-going process.
 Message Display for faults.
 Front LED indication for status.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Supply voltage : 230VAC ±10%, 50Hz.

 LED INDICATIONS :

 D1 : Damper 1 ON/OFF Status

 D2 : Damper 2 ON/OFF Status
 D3 : Damper 3 ON/OFF Status
 D4 : Damper 4 ON/OFF Status.
 D5 : Damper 5 ON/OFF Status
 D6 : Damper 6 ON/OFF Status
 D7 : Damper 7 ON/OFF Status
 D8 : Damper 8 ON/OFF Status.
 D9 : Damper 9 ON/OFF Status
 D10 : Damper 10 ON/OFF Status
 ALM : Indicates CO2 Fire Alarm Status.

INTRSUCTION FOR SETTINGS THE PANEL:

1. SET : This key is used to change the controller from RUN mode to SETTING mode
for parameter setting.
2. INC : Up scroll the parameter & parameter value.
3. DEC : Down scroll the parameter & parameter value.
4. ENT : This key is used to select/Save & to move to next parameter.

NOTE:
 To Load default parameter Press INC key on power ON.

OPERATION OF THE PANEL:

To enter settings mode press SET key, it shows three menus as follows:
 Parameter. [Password 15]
 Exit.

To edit parameter select particular menu & enter correct password with the help of INC/DEC
keys then pres ENT key, to change value and view next parameter press INC/DEC keys. If no
key is pressed for five second then controller automatically goes to initial display.

Procedure to change parameter settings:

1. Press SET key.
2. Select particular Parameter setting or Exit with INCor DEC keythen ENT key.
3. Enter Correct Password by INC/DEC key and press ENT key.
4. Using INC & DEC key user can change setting parameters.
5. Press INC Key to increment parameter value up to maximum limit.
6. Press DEC key to decrement parameter value down to minimum limit.
7. To save the settings (value) press SET key then Exit menu and ENT key.

USER SAFETY GUIDELINES:

 Any commissioning or service engineer must be of a competent nature, trained &qualified to

that job.
 Protect the product from conductive dust, corrosive gasses, wire debris, rain, fluid from
entering into the product through ventilation slits.
 Product should not be exposed to high explosive risk, excessive magnetic interface &
inflammable substances.
 Do not paint the product.
 Do not modify, dismantle, re-construction & repair the product.
 If this product emit smoke or an unusual odor or unusual sound or unusual operation.
Immediately switch OFF the power to the product. If the product is continued in operation
under such state, this shall result in fire & damage the product.
 Contact the nearest authorized sales / Repair agency of this product.

ModBus Protocol Details - RTU.

Baud Rate: 9600 , Word Length: 8 , Parity: None, Stop Bits: 1.

Read Multiple Registers (Function Code 0x03) (HOLDING REGISTER)

Slave Address : 1 to 255

Address: Starting Address 1, System will send data of all addresses.

Data Length: 12, system will send full protocol data.

All Data will be available in unsigned integer. Also set setting in valid range of that
parameter
