    ACCOMMODATION 2024 Room share 145 ROCHESTER ROAD

    This home is shared by senior / post graduate students / interns. Large room with
    contained pods suitable for three males. Includes the following:
    - Furnished room with bed, bedside table, desk, study lamp, built in cupboards
    - Fully equipped kitchen and laundry
    - Bedding and towel refreshed every 2 weeks
    - Security doors, enclosed porch, burglar bars and security lights
    - Uncapped Wi-Fi; utilised as study support
    - On Jammie shuttle, very close to shops, short walk to medical campus
    Each person has own area in this large room. Two bathrooms to share with 5 people. Please
    budget for pe-paid electricity of R400 per month, and cleaning consumables.

    If you are chilled and can live with others in a neat, considerate way, this will suit you.
