Design has successfully designed and delivered

PAUL
BISHOP
Owner & Founder
The Creative Director of Bishop Design,
Paul holds a Master’s Degree in
Interior Architecture from Manchester
University and a Bachelor’s Degree
in Interior Design from Kingston
University. He is also honoured
as a Fellow of Royal Society of Arts
in London.
With nearly 30 years of work experience,
Paul has designed some of the leading
and Award-winning projects not only
in the Middle East but all around the
world. He as also been lauded with
awards for the Region’s Number 1
Interior Designer and Interior Designer
of the year 2021.
Paul personally develops and oversees
all projects from concept to design
development until final handover.
MEHMET
AKTASH
Managing Director
Mehmet holds qualifications from
the U.K for Construction and the Built
Environment. He has accumulated over
24 years of international experience,
working on numerous global
commercial, residential and hospitality
projects such as O2 Arena, the London
Olympic Park infrastructure, in
addition to overseeing and successfully
delivering many of Bishop Design’s five
star luxury and lifestyle hotel projects
for SBE, Marriot, Hilton Hotels, IHG and
Rotana.

future vision, business growth and
leadership alongside Paul Bishop,
Mehmet dedicates himself to the
business and it’s clients and oversees all
projects from pre-contract to handover
and delivery.

Malik Shoaib holds a Master of
Business Administration in Finance
from AIOU University in Pakistan.
With over 15 years of experience in the
U.A.E. Malik joins the
team as Operations & Accounts
Manager overseeing general day to

company and he is responsible for
company budgeting, reporting,
planning,auditing and accounts
management.

Manager Miami
Dominika holds a Bachelor’s degree
in International Business from the
University of Economics in Prague.
Her journey has taken her from the
Czech Republic to Dubai and lately
Miami, through which she has gained
profound experience across several
marketing agencies as well as
leading manufacturing companies.
Combining her passion for art and
creativity, with a deep sense of empathy
and business focus, she has played
an integral part in the leadership of
Bishop Design’s newly established
Miami office.

Nancy holds a Masters Degree from
AUL University in Lebanon.
She joins us in 2022 as our Regional
Business Development and Sales
Manager. Bishop Design are proud to
have evolved into one of the leading

with Nancy playing a key role in that

Design Manager
Ranillo holds a Bachelor degree
of Science in Architecture from
the Batangas State University
in the Philippines.
With over 15 years of work experience
and Ranillo joined Bishop Design in
2011 and is our longest standing team
member apart from Mr. Bishop himself.
Ranillo manages the technical team
with his vast experience working in
the UAE on various design and build
projects. He also oversees all technical
details, drawing review and site
coordination of all the projects
that come through the studio.

Studio Manager
& Interior Designer
Mnuara holds a Bachelor of Science
in Interior Design from the Canadian
University of Dubai.
Mnuara joined the team after a
successful internship and over the years
has grown from strength to strength
- earning her the role of Studio Manager.
She manages the studios day-to-day
project management, workflows and
the Bishop Design team.
As an Interior Designer, Mnuara has
been key in the design and execution
of multiple F&B and retail projects as
well as the management of prestigious
hospitality projects, working closely
with operators such as Marriot
International, Intercontinental Hotel
Group, and most recently the iconic
SLS Hotel & Apartments Dubai.

Malik Ahmed – Accounts & Operations Manager has day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is put into practice
