DuitNow 12 Days of Holiday Giveaways is a campaign to reward new customers who register their
DuitNow ID (mobile number, MyKad number, Police/Army number, or passport number) to receive funds
via DuitNow Transfer.

2. When is the Campaign Period?

The Promotion shall run from 00:00 hours (GMT+8) on 20th December 2021 until 23:59 (GMT+8) hours
on 31st December 2021 (both dates inclusive).

3. How Do I Participate in the Campaign?

i. Register New DuitNow ID to successfully receive a minimum RM1 in a single DuitNow Transfer
transaction during the promotion period.
ii. Maintain DuitNow ID linked to any participating bank or eWallet until the end of promotion
period.

4. What is DuitNow Transfer?

With DuitNow Transfer, you can send money instantly on a 24/7 basis to DuitNow IDs encompassing of
easily remembered identifiiers such as mobile numbers, NRIC numbers, and passport numbers. You can
send and receive funds instantly anytime, anywhere.

5. How to Register DuitNow ID?

i. Logon to the Internet Banking or Mobile Banking app of your bank provider or eWallet
ii. Look for DuitNow
iii. Perform a free one-time registration for DuitNow by linking your IDs with your bank accounts
or e-money accounts

6. What Are the DuitNow IDs that I Can Register With?

10. I Have Registered for DuitNow Previously. Am I Eligible to Win?

You may register another DuitNow ID to stand a chance to win e.g. A already registered his mobile
number, he has never register his NRIC. He may register his NRIC and receive a DuitNow Transfer payment
to his NRIC.

11. Can I De-Register My Existing DuitNow ID and Re-Register to Win?

No.

12. How and When Will the Winners Be Notified?

Selected winners will be contacted by their respective bank within 14 days after the winner selection at
the end of campaign period and winners’ details will be published at www.duitnow.my.

13. Who Should I Refer to If I Have Further Queries on The Campaign?
