Abstract:
Through the description of the services of Al-Nabaa Al-Safi Company for Roads, Sewers and
Bridges Contracting, the appropriate working environment with the company can appear as
follows:
Business Diversity:
Thanks to a wide range of services, employees can work in a diverse environment that
includes different areas in the construction and civil engineering industry.
Professional development opportunities:
Working in a multi-service contracting company may provide opportunities for employees to

develop their skills in different areas, whether it is in project supervision, or specific technical
disciplines.
A work environment that stimulates innovation:
Contracting companies can be a place where teams have to innovate and think creatively to
solve diverse challenges in construction projects.
Work on inspiring projects:
Employees may feel job satisfaction by participating in construction and development

projects of residential buildings and infrastructure that meet the needs of the community.

The work environment can be motivational when the company focuses on achieving the

Introduction
Introduction about the company
Al-Nabaa Al-Safi Roads, Sewers and Bridges Contracting Company is considered one of the prominent
companies in the construction and civil engineering sector. Founded on strong foundations of
commitment to quality and sustainability, the company has grown to become a major player in meeting
the infrastructure needs of its operating regions. The company is distinguished by its dynamic structural
composition, as it includes specialized departments for roads, sewers and bridges, with qualified
technical and administrative teams to ensure that projects are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Industrial and manufacturing processes:

The company's operations are based on the use of the latest technologies in the construction industry,
with a focus on sustainability and improving production efficiency.
Customers:
The company takes pride in its strong partnerships with a diverse range of clients, from the public sector
to the private sector, meeting their needs with flexibility and professionalism.
Engineering departments or units:
The company relies on specialized engineering units to ensure the highest quality standards are
achieved in areas such as roads, sewers and bridges.
Environmental and social interaction:

The company is committed to providing its services in a sustainable and environmentally friendly
manner, while positively interacting with the communities it serves.
The Training Enviroment:
1- Conduct a complete survey of the area in which the project will be implemented, including the
level of the natural land and the levels and locations of manholes and septic tanks for homes
within the scope of the project.
2 - After uploading, survey plates are prepared and reports are submitted to the consultant’s
office supervising the project, on the basis of which plans can be implemented and the drainage
tendencies and directions of the project can be calculated.
3- Of course, in principle, there are studies of the soil and making surveys to know the type and
nature of the soil... but this is not within the field of surveying, because these surveys entail
calculating the depths of excavations, project timetables, and knowing groundwater levels.....
4- After completing the project plans and paintings by the consultant’s office, they are delivered
to the project’s technical office to be processed by AutoCAD draftsmen.

5- After that comes the role of the surveyor again, which is the most important role, especially in
sanitation and road projects, by determining the locations of the manholes and determining the
inclinations of the lines and the depth of the excavations.
6- After completing the excavation, which the surveyor reviews daily on the site to ensure the
level, you determine the pipe’s water to the responsible foreman.
7- The foreman prepares the line, and then the surveyor places the pipes between the manholes
for the consultant to receive them after completion.
8- After completion, it is the turn to backfill the lines in layers that are determined based on the
previously mentioned soil texture
9- After applying this to the entire project... comes the role of fencing... which is the final touch.
10- The last step is to upload the survey again

Benefit of training:
While training in engineering, I gained a deep understanding of many technical and managerial aspects
of this field. When I participated in a road construction project, I learned how to read and analyze
engineering drawings, and coordinate efforts with various engineering units to ensure quality
implementation. This experience also opened the doors to a deep understanding of project management
concepts in the field of engineering.
Regarding non-technical aspects, I realized how company organization affects business efficiency. I
saw how good interaction between departments can lead to successful projects, and how effective
communication with clients can contribute to meeting expectations and building trusting relationships.

Technical Analysis: My ability to analyze drawings and understand the engineering aspects of
projects was strong. For example, I was able to identify technical challenges and suggest effective
solutions.
Effective Team Interaction: I enjoyed working in a diverse team and was able to interact
effectively with team members, which contributed to a positive work environment.
-Commitment to quality: I strictly followed up on the implementation of work in accordance with

standards, which contributed to achieving quality results.
Areas I would like to improve:

-Communicating with customers: I feel there is an opportunity to improve my understanding of
customer needs and provide better solutions.
-Time management: I may improve my performance by improving my time management,

especially when dealing with multiple tasks at the same time.
Improvement plan:
- I will seek to improve my communication skills with clients by participating in training courses
and developing a plan to improve my interaction with them.
-I will work on improving my time management by better defining my priorities and using
effective methods of organization.
Conclusions and Recommendations
The benefits of health training are embodied in an understanding of the high-tech profession:
technical and organizational. Technically: Developing engineering and technical skills with the
information I understood in the field of new video graphics and the latest changes in the field of
graphics. I gained the ability to apply basic concepts in practical projects, which positively helped
my performance. Hence, project management and organization skills will be best, as they will be
specialized in terms of their allocation and resource allocation. Improve internal communication
and coordination between departments, facilitating effective collaboration. It is impossible to get
practical application as knowledge cannot necessarily be converted into effective skills in basic

sciences. The professional network has established valuable connections with professionals in the
field, which will enhance opportunities for continuous learning..
