Description Composition

Freeze-dried concentrated lactic starter for the direct Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis

The quantities of inoculation indicated should be considered as
guidelines. Supplement cultures may be required depending on
technology, fat content and product properties desired.

Quantitative/Activity standard
Directions for use Test medium:
Sterilised reconstituted milk (10% solids)
