Online Admission Procedures

Step 1: Register to our School Automate
• Go to automate.neu.edu.ph

• Click PARENTS/STUDENTS
Step 1: Register to our School Automate
➢ Click NEW USER?

➢ Choose from REGISTRATION

that applies to your application
then click Register
Step 1: Register to our School Automate
• Fill out the General Student Personal Information Sheet (GSPIS)
• Take note that special characters are not allowed e.g (- : ; . /,)
• Fields with asterisk (*) are Mandatory
• Emergency Contact Information under Residence Data (Mandatory)

• Click PROCEED to save the data in the system

• Fill-out the form for your Password
• Please take note of your TEMP. STUDENT ID and password
• Then click PROCEED
Step 1: Register to our School Automate
• Take note of your TEMPORARY ID and Access password
• Click SIGN IN
Step 2: Print your General Student Personal
Information Sheet (GSPIS)
• Use your TEMPORARY ID as your username and enter your password,
then click Login Now
 Step 2: Print your General Student Personal
Information Sheet (GSPIS)

• Click Personal Info

• Then click Print Personal Info

 Step 2: Print your General Student Personal
Information Sheet (GSPIS)
• You have the option to Print
your GSPIS or to save it as PDF
Step 3: Submit all Admission Requirements to
admissionrequirements@neu.edu.ph
Admission Requirements for Freshmen
• General Student Personal Information Sheet (GSPIS)
• PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
• Senior High School Report Card (F-138)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• 2x2 picture with white background

Admission Requirements for Transferees and Graduate School

• General Student Personal Information Sheet (GSPIS)
• PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
• Transcript of Records
• Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credential Certificate
• 2x2 picture with white background
Step 4: Wait for the confirmation from the
Admissions Office for the Status of your Admission
thru Email make sure to check your email regularly

Step 5: Once the Admission is Approved,

Applicant will be provided an Admission
Certificate with the school automate credentials
and can proceed with the Enrollment Process
