Welcome.
To change everything we will need everyone.

Since 1971, Friends of the Earth has won landmark campaigns and has stood up
against the giants, no matter the odds. Free and online, Groundswell 2021 will bring
together experts, activists and communities from across the movement for climate
justice for a weekend of talks, workshops, celebration and action.

At Groundswell 2021 you will be joining 100’s of others to reconnect, share our best
stories, get real about building a movement that represents everyone, and plan local
action for global climate justice.

Over the weekend of 11 - 13 June 2021 we will…

● Come together for a Summer Social, celebrating 50yrs of action

● Hear from anti-racist allies and take steps to build a truly anti-racist
climate movement

● Make action plans for the COP26 global climate summit this November

● Host workshops and webinars on digital mobilisation, winning climate

action locally and how to communicate climate justice effectively

● Help you to join or start a climate action group in your area

Read on to find out what’s happening when and how to join the sessions.

We can’t wait to see you!
