INTRODUCTION
NATURE OF THE PROJECT

To analyze briefly about the companies products and also thepromotional strategies
following for the development of the company.Through this research we can also
know about the customer, competitors ofthe company.

There is more competition in this industry so there is a need to retain thecustomer


with the organization. So to sustain in the market the company has tofollow various
strategies by attracting new investors and to retain the existinginvestors.

VALUE ADDITION TO ORGANIZATION

1. They can able to know for what extent there promotional strategies helping to
increase the business.

2. They can able to know for extent the customers aware of there products.

3. If any necessary changes should be taken if any lacking is there.

VALUE ADDITION TO MYSELF

1. It is a opportunity to apply the concepts learnt in the class room to real life
situations

2. I came to know the nuances of a work place by assigning time bound ness in the
company.

3. It is a platform to work and develop a network which will be useful to my career


prospects.

Objective of executive training

 Our main objective is to selling the various life insurance policiesand creating
need to the customer to save their amount.

 To create awareness among the customers about different productsof Centrum

Objectives of management thesis

The main aim of the present study is to accomplish the following objectives:
Primary Objective:

 To know the promotional strategies of the company and what extent that
strategies helped the company to develop in the competitive market.

Secondary Objective:

 Up to what extent the people are aware of there policies.

 Which product has increased the company

Limitations of the study

There are varieties of products in the market it is very difficult to study

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Methodology is the process used to collect information and data for
thepurpose of making business decisions.

It refers to the specific procedures or techniques used to identify,select, process,and


analyze information about this topic. In a research paper the methodologysection
allows the reader to critically evaluate a study’s overall validity andreliability. The
methodology section answers the two main questions such as how the data was
generated and how it was analyzed. The main purpose of research methodology is
to encourage the spirit of enquiry and it also fulfils the mandatoryrequirements
prescribed for a particular research study.

• Research Design
Research design is the framework of research methods andtechniques chosen by
the researcher. The design allows theresearcher to hone in on research methods that
are suitable for thesubject matter and set up his studies for success.

• Type of Research
The present study topic is going to be based on Descriptive Researchand
Exploratory Research.
• Time Period of Research
The research would be conducted over a period of 2 weeks.

• Universe of Design
The universe of design for this study includes the students ofSydenham College of
Commerce and Economics.

• Sample Size
The sample size of this study is students of Sydenham College ofCommerce and
Economics, currently pursuing 3rd yearundergraduate degree. Capped at 50
respondents only.

• Method of Research
This research would be conducted using the Random SamplingMethod.

• Limitations of the Study


• The research is limited to private sectors banks only.

• The time stipulated for the project is very short.

• Research Instrument

For the given study a Questionnaire is going to be used as theResearchInstrument


for the purpose of collection of data.

• Statistical Tool
The statistical tool used in this research is percentage.
