This position challenged my capability and the skills which I already possessed by
significantly progressing my already ground working skills. I worked as part of a
groundworks gang who each possessed a different capability, mine covering the
dumper roller and drainage aspects.

During this period, I was out of a long term position so I fulfilled roles which were
part time and fulltime however, short term scale civil projects based positions in
order to keep my skills relevant. I completed short term contracts lasting no more
than 1 week at a time. I worked in roles that enhanced my maintenance skills like
hedge trimming and using fertilizers keeping the landscape in shape whilst
adhering to health and safety and hygiene Regulations.
