1) I personally agree with Vince Lombardi’s claim, and that’s because to be a

leader, one has to go through a fair amount of life experiences and

acquire a considerable load of confidence that can’t be a natural trait in
someone. Being a leader requires having some features similar to the
ability to delegate, integrity along with courage and empathy. And those
are impossible attributes to reside in a newcomer.

2) What makes great leaders? On the one hand, laypeople hold that
leadership is innate and, thus, leaders are born. On the other hand self-
learning advocates believe leadership is the reward of both determination
and hard work. Thus, to prepare students for the challenges and help them
gain the required skills, schools an universities integrate leadership in their
programs. Nevertheless, leadership is not a skill all people can get in
classrooms or during some coaching sessions. In my view, a person can be
a leader, provided they enhance their personal attributes and are disposed
to lead with humanity.

7) are leaders born or made? While some individuals admit that leaders are
born, in view of the fact that most leaders tend to have some features that seem
to be unreachable for people unless they’re gifted and born with it. The majority
claim that leadership is a trait that is acquired from a life’s worth of occurrences
and events. It goes without saying that an individual has the ability to learn and
enhance their knowledge and personality from their daily life, even the attributes
that are deemed to be inherited can be acquired in their lifetime. What is crucial
is to have a great deal of soft skills in order to become a great leader.
