2) What makes great leaders? On the one hand, laypeople hold that
leadership is innate and, thus, leaders are born. On the other hand self-
learning advocates believe leadership is the reward of both determination
and hard work. Thus, to prepare students for the challenges and help them
gain the required skills, schools an universities integrate leadership in their
programs. Nevertheless, leadership is not a skill all people can get in
classrooms or during some coaching sessions. In my view, a person can be
a leader, provided they enhance their personal attributes and are disposed
to lead with humanity.

claim that leadership is a trait that is acquired from a life’s worth of occurrences
and events. It goes without saying that an individual has the ability to learn and
enhance their knowledge and personality from their daily life, even the attributes
that are deemed to be inherited can be acquired in their lifetime. What is crucial
is to have a great deal of soft skills in order to become a great leader.
