ADVERTISEMENT

1) This advert is about the famous yoghurt for kids “Danonino”.

2) This ad will be broadcast at half past two during the week in kids
channels in Spanish and South American televisions, like
Nickelodeon. The ad will appear at the beginning of the episode
SpongeBob.

3) Concerning time, the ad will last twenty seconds and it shows


the following places: a bedroom with a boy getting dressed; a
corridor, a kitchen and a living room. You can see 13 scenes in total
and they last less than three seconds each one (because it is ideal
for children).

4)The music is also amazing. There is a choir of kids who are


singing the song “Yo quiero ser un gigante” in a pop style.

5)At the beginning of the first scene, we can see a boy getting
dressed. He realises his orange t-shirt is too short because he is
getting taller. In the following scenes the boy decides to put his old
clothes and toys in a box.

6) In that box we can read the word “donations”. The boy shows his
mum the box and she smiles. The boy is proud of growing up. At the
end, the boy eats a Danonino and the narrator explains the benefits of
eating this product.

7) The advertisement has a persuasive function since its intention is to


buy the product so that the children grow and be healthy.

8) It is aimed at parents with the promise that their children will grow if
they consume its product. They also advertise that it provides a high
nutritional value, especially vitamin D.

9) The value ​that the advertisement provides is to have good nutrition


while the child is happy.
10) To sum up, the ad tries to convey the importance of growing up
healthy and being proud of being responsible and organised.
