Crispy.....But still loud

Bought this on sale about a week ago, before I came home

from a trip and I'm happy I did lol. Each small speaker is a lil
bigger than a flip and more heavier like the subwoofer witch
fires downwards btw (yeah the bouncy part is
underneath). But other than that the crispness and power of
the little buggars is bananas. At first I had it switch to my ps4
and the fade/transfer of sound from one speaker to another is
like.......scary cool lul diagoulge and voices are very clear
also.So I put some hivement by FLERO and Vasily and man
there is something about that woofer that really kicks.Haven't
jamed out like *THat in a while so hats of to jbl,fr

DO NOT PURCHASE

These speakers are basically not mountable. Says they come

with a mount...they really don’t, it is more of a small Junky
bracket on the back that will not hold. Also the Junky bracket
makes any other speaker wire worthless besides the poor
quality enclosed wiring. Also, the screws provided don’t even
fit into the center channel speaker also making it not
mountable. After market wall mounts don’t exist. Lastly, and
the reason for 1 Star, one of my satellite speakers housing is
completely upside down. Making the JBL logo upside down
and the tweeter in the bottom. This also would make
mounting impossible if mounting was ever possible in the first
place. Long story short, I promise you will be disappointed.

✘ No, I do not recommend this product.

Stop Looking. This is What You Have Been

Looking 4

This is my first time writing a review but I felt like I had too. I
got these last Friday and OMG I am in love with them. I have
had plenty of Home Theatre systems(Bose,Klipich,LG) and
these are the best. I purchased them so I could enjoy football
the way it was meant to be, but now I am legit writing you this
review as I am playing a game in my PS4. It is like I am in the
Arena!!!!!!!! The base the chanting of my name for MVP, the
music in game I am smiling and getting that tingling feeling
that you get when you think you are cool lol. I turned up the
volume earlier while some music was playing as I went to the
kitchen and the music was so loud and crisp with the perfect
amount of bass I was thinking about how it would sound if I
had a house party.

If you are looking for a Home Theatre System that does it all
this is it. Don’t waste your money anywhere else!!!!!!!

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

Sounds good

After I received my order it took a few days for my receiver to

come from another source. When I finally got it all hooked up
I noticed 1 of the speakers did not work & 1 cracks when
turned up to 50 on the volume knob max is 80. Immediately
sent a notification on the JBL website & haven't heard
anything back yet. It says someone will contact me within 24-
48 hours & it's been 4 days.

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

Great Sound for the price

I have to agree with the other reviewer, the sound is great for
the price.
It looks good too, but the wall mounting "thing" is garbage. It
would be just fine with a threaded screw hole, but no, it has
this plastic clip-on thing on/around the wire connector, so that
if you use a thicker speaker wire it won't fit, and it is pain in
the butt to get this to work with a wall mount.

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

Sound great but mounting bracket is lacking

I have had this system for about a year now and they still
sound fantastic. However if you are getting these because
you want to mount the on a wall or ceiling, Don't. the
mounting system is total garbage. Why they don't integrate
industry standard bolt connections I don't understand. If you
plan to wall or ceiling mount save yourself the hassle and buy
something else.

✘ No, I do not recommend this product.

Great sound, easy installation!

I finally upgraded my old RCA (really cheap audio) speakers.

The JBL speakers were simple to install and put out great
sound quality. I paired them with a Yamaha receiver and now
have a much better movie experience, as well as great sound
from my phonw via bluetooth.

Good system

I bought this audio system for my home and I actually like it. I
have not had less expensive systems but this one is worth to
give it a try. I Connected it to a Denon AVR‑X1300W and it
works fine. The only concern I have about the system is that I
do not know if I used the correct speaker wire to connect it.
The wires that come with the system are not very long so you
have to buy your own cable. I bought the 18 gauge speaker
cable so I do not know if that is the correct wire I should have
used. The speakers do not sound loud when the volume is
below 70 (out of 100). For me to feel the real home theater
experience I have to turn the volume above 85. I think this is
because of the receiver or the wire I used, I do not know.
Anyways, the speakers do deliver good sound and when turn
it up, it is nice.
I give it 4 stars because It does not include wall mounts but
instead 4 poor wall anchors and screws and because it lacks
specifications about wiring to use. Summarizing, I am happy
with it but you know you always want more. Give it a try.

✔ Yes, I recommend this product.

Hey I bought this almost a year
ago just got a new recipe for
Christmas and this receiver is 5.2

exactly the same one

Our JBL Cinema 610 is a 5.1 home-theatre system

which includes one subwoofer, four satellite
speakers, and one center-channel speaker. Yes,
you may add a subwoofer to the system, and this
will depend on the capability of your receiver. The
receiver you should be compatible with a 5.2 set up
and should have two subwoofer ports. We
recommend that you have this checked with the
manufacturer of the receiver. If you have more

Support. https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html

Our JBL Cinema 610 has to be connected to an

audio-video receiver/ amplifier to function. The
recommended amplifier would be one that has 10 -
100 watts at 8 ohms.

Will this work with Yamaha RX-
V683BL?

Originally posted on jbl.com

The receiver may not be able to handle a 4 Ohms

speaker. It will work fine as long as you do not
adjust the receiver to full volume because it will run
too hot and may damage the setup. To power these
speakers effectively, please refer to A/V receivers
that can distribute around 100 watts per channel at
4 ohms. If you have more questions, please contact
our Customer Support team at

Will this work with a jvc rx 558v I
know its old but i think its not out
dated yet

Originally posted on jbl.com

Your JVC must be able to handle a 4-ohm load so

that it can run without any problem. If not, heating
issues would occur as our JBL Cinema 610 has a
nominal impedance of 4 ohms.
