Dear Mayor Raymund Uy,

Greetings!
Sirak Kabataan is a non-profit group of youth leaders and youth
organization integrated into one council, which primary purpose is to build
strong association and alliance in order to respond to all social injustices that
confronts the society.

SIRAK Kabataan 1st district is very supportive with the plans and
programs of SIRAK Kabataan especially youth from the Municipality of
Tarangnan to the City of Calbayog including our Island Towns.

Hence, we cannot implement such plans and programs efficiently due to

unavailability of our SIRAK Center and the supplies that we need in order for
us to deliver the programs that we want to our members.

Fortunately, The Office of the Congressman of 1st district of Samar Hon.

Stephen James T. Tan provided us an office space that will serve as the SIRAK
Center intended for the 1st district.

In Line with this, we would like to request for supplies from your good
office for our official consumption.
