REFLECTION

My reflection about this subject Dispute resolution and crisis/incident

management (Criminology – 6). This subject deals about the study of the different
mechanism in dealing and resolving conflicts/dispute. It includes the art of intervention
through mediation, and reconciliation between stakeholders and agencies tasked to
carry out the endeavor.

This subject dispute resolution and crisis/incident management. I’ve learned and
taught me a lesson so well about a different crisis or incident that may occur or happen
in the feature or in the time of disaster come, I will able to apply it when I become a
police someday. At the same time however, I am more confused and doubtful of what a
lawyer’s role should be in these alternative forms of problem solving. Even sometimes
we are argue in different situation but this subject which might help with this problem, is
to hold caucuses when there is a stalement or when you find the need to talk privately
with your client or group. This really demonstrated, to me, that negotiation involved a lot
of strategies and was skill that needs to trained and show more content. Dispute
resolution provides certainty in such a fashion that the issue in dispute in resolved and
will not surface again. Ideally, dispute resolution is complete, in that it covers the issue
in dispute plus any directly related issues.

The subject gives a big role for being a criminology student to learned a different
and face the situation to be more become productive in resolving the conflict when it
happens. The subject realize that a in solving the different conflicts sometimes it was
needed by force to instill in the mind of others that we need to give the heart sustain the
peace for the everybody, but sometimes it is needed by the presence of the lawyer or
the person to resolve the said conflict between the different parties.
