Dear Ms. Jessa,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Training

Assistant at HSS Health and Safety Solutions, effective March 8,
2024.

I have truly appreciated the opportunities for professional

development and good working relationship with my colleagues during
my time here. However, after careful consideration, I have decided to
pursue a new direction in my career.

I want to express my gratitude for the support and mentorship I

have received, which has contributed significantly to my growth. I am
committed to ensuring a smooth transition and am willing to assist in
training a replacement or handing over my responsibilities.

I have enjoyed working with the team and have learned a great
deal during my time at HSS Health and Safety Solutions. I am grateful
for the experiences and friendships developed.
