Subject: Show Cause Notice

Dear Faculty Member's Ms. Neelu Mishra,

I hope this letter finds you well. It is with regret that we find ourselves compelled to issue this show
cause notice to address certain concerns that have come to our attention regarding your
performance and conduct as a faculty member at the Institution's.

1. Absent for 2 hours from collage without any information to appropriate authorities.
2. Engaging Students along with you for Bati Chokha Party @ degree collage.
3. You are the Gravity of all the misconduct in the Department.

In light of the above, you are hereby required to submit a written explanation addressing the
concerns raised within a day from the date of receipt of this notice. Your response should be sent to
the Director of the institute and should include any relevant documentation or evidence that you
believe may assist in clarifying the situation.

Please be advised that your response will be taken into consideration before any further action is
determined. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe will be viewed as an admission of
the allegations, and appropriate action may be initiated without any further opportunity for
explanation.

We believe in a fair and transparent process, and we hope that this matter can be resolved amicably.
If you have any questions or require clarification regarding the concerns raised or the process to be
followed. Treat this as a final cause or it may be a reason for your termination.
