SUBJECT : NATIONAL BARKADA KONTRA DROGA CONVENTION

DATE : October 25, 2021

1. Pursuant to OUA MEMO 00-1021-0142 titled “National Barkada Kontra

Droga Convention” through the Bureau of Learner Support Services –
Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD), in cooperation with the
Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), will conduct the National Kontra Droga
Convention on 29-30 October 2021 via virtual platforms. This activity
aims to encourage greater youth involvement in the prevention of drug
abuse and sustain the nationwide implementation of the BKD Program.

2. In line with this, this Division request all active BKD Chapters through
their Officers and Coordinators/Advisers to participate in this
significant activity.
