A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL
(BADAC) PLAN AND BUDGET TO BE APPROPRIATED IN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND
SEVENTY-FOUR PESOS (P 10,074.00) FROM THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR
2024.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of 83-B Cogon adopted and approved the Barangay Anti-Drug
Abuse Council (BADAC) Plan and Budget fund amounting to ten thousand seventy-four pesos from the
Annual Budget for the Calendar Year 2024 of Barangay 83-B Cogon San Jose, Tacloban City.

WHEREAS, the BADAC fund is intended for the shared activities by the government help in drug
prevention and drug control program.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member HON. ROMEO B. NOMBRE which
duly seconded by all the SB Member present be it;

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, a resolution adopting and approving Barangay Anti-

Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) Plan and Budget fund amounting to ten thousand seventy-four pesos from
the Annual Budget for the Calendar Year 2024 of Barangay 83-B Cogon San Jose, Tacloban City.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all offices concerned.

ADOPTED unanimously this 15th day of January, 2024.
