Terms and Conditions:

1. Confidentiality: As an intern, you may have access to sensitive and proprietary information. You are
required to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any confidential information to any third party,
during or after your internship.

2. Intellectual Property: Any work, inventions, or intellectual property created by you during the course of
your internship will be owned by Infozenx Pvt. Ltd, and you shall not have any claim to such intellectual
property rights.

3. Compliance: You are expected to adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including
but not limited to those related to ethics, professionalism, and workplace conduct.
4. Compensation: This internship is a non-paid position. However, you may be eligible for certain benefits,
such as flexible working hours, access to company facilities and opportunities for professional
development.

5. Evaluation and Feedback: You will receive periodic evaluations and feedback on your performance and
progress throughout the internship. This will help you understand your strengths and areas for
improvement.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the internship at any time, with or without cause, by providing
written notice. Upon termination, you will be expected to return any company property or materials in
your possession.
