It is brought to my notice that Sri:V.Ashrith Kumar,
S/o.Satyanarayana,H.No.1-1-102/1,Vinayaknagar,Nizamabad(V&M)
Dist. having been got costly Surgery for Left MCA at Yashoda
Hospitals,Secundrabad, from: 18 Jul 2016 to 21 Jul 2016, which is
covered in Arogysree scheme, but after the treatment the patient was
using very cost medicines for which it is applied.
Hence the patient is economically weak and essentially required
monetary benefit for the above said costly treatment and he paid the
medical bills amount borrowed from money lenders.
Hence I request you, kindly release the fund of Rs:1,62,997/- for
his treatment expenditure.
