PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The control is a lyophilised human serum used to evaluate
the precision and accuracy of ASO, CRP and RF
determinations in human serum by turbidimetry method.

REAGENTS
ASO/CRP/RF Human serum. With a high
Control H concentration of ASO, CRP and RF.

PRECAUTIONS
Components from human origin have been tested and
found negative for the presence of HBsAg, HCV and
antibody to HIV (1/2). However handle cautiously as
potentially infectious.

CALIBRATION
The concentration values of the Control have been
standardized against the Reference Material ERM-DA
474/IFCC for CRP, International Reference Standard from
NIBSC 64/002 for RF and International Standard from
NIBSC ASO for ASO.

PREPARATION
Reconstitute (→) accurately with 1.0 mL of distilled water.
Mix thoroughly, avoiding foam forming. Bring at room
temperature for about 10 minutes before use.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

The control is stable until the expiration date on the label
when stored tightly closed at 2-8ºC and contaminations are
prevented during their use. Do not use reagents over the
expiration date.

After reconstitution, stable for 10 days at 2-8ºC or 6 months

at –20ºC.

PROCEDURE
To be used in turbidimetric assays.

ĐẶC TÍNH SẢN PHẨM

Chất kiểm chuẩn là huyết thanh người đông khô được sử dụng
để đánh giá độ chính xác và độ chính xác của các phép xác định
ASO, CRP và RF trong huyết thanh người bằng phương pháp
đo độ đục.

THUỐC THỬ
ASO / CRP / RF Huyết thanh người. Với nồng độ ASO, CRP và
Control H RF cao.

CÁC BIỆN PHÁP PHÒNG NGỪA

Các thành phần có nguồn gốc từ con người đã được thử nghiệm và
phát hiện âm tính với sự hiện diện của HBsAg,HCV và kháng thể
với HIV (1/2). Tuy nhiên hãy xử lý cẩn thận vì có khả năng lây
nhiễm.

HIỆU CHUẨN
Các giá trị nồng độ của Kiểm soát đã được tiêu chuẩn hóa theo Vật
liệu tham chiếu ERM-DA 474 / IFCC cho CRP, Tiêu chuẩn tham
chiếu quốc tế từ NIBSC 64/002 cho RF và Tiêu chuẩn quốc tế từ
NIBSC ASO cho ASO.

SỰ CHUẨN BỊ
Pha (→) chính xác với 1,0 mL nước cất. Trộn kỹ, tránh tạo bọt.
Để ở nhiệt độ phòng khoảng 10 phút trước khi sử dụng.

BẢO QUẢN VÀ ỔN ĐỊNH

Việc kiểm soát ổn định cho đến ngày hết hạn trên nhãn khi được
bảo quản đóng chặt ở 2-8ºC và ngăn ngừa ô nhiễm trong quá trình
sử dụng. Không sử dụng thuốc thử đã quá hạn sử dụng.

Sau khi pha, ổn định trong 10 ngày ở 2-8ºC hoặc 6 tháng ở –20ºC.

THỦ TỤC
Được sử dụng trong các xét nghiệm đo độ đục.
