SUB: APPOINTMENT LETTER (AS A TRAINEE)

DEAR Ms./Mr./Mrs.

You have been appointed as a Trainee in our Clients Place who is the Principal Employer.

You will be in the Probation Period for maximum up to 3 months. In the Probation Period you will be
given a stipend of Rs. _____________

Based on your knowledge, performance and capability, you will be appointed on a fixed term basis
and your final salary will be decided then and there. The minimum salary will be allocated as per the
Government minimum wages.

When you are appointed, you will be under monthly salary basis following all the Norms and Law of
the Land.

• You will be under the statutory scheme like PF, ESIC.

• Your Basic Salary will be 50% of your Gross Salary on which 12% will be deducted as PF and
0.75% of your Gross Salary will be deducted as ESIC.
• Your Leave Salary, Bonus and Incentives will be taken care of as per the rules of the
Government.

This Appointment Letter is only valid for the Probation Period and your Final Appointment Letter
will be given after the appointment procedure.
